Probably my most downloaded tune to date, this version has been around on the net since 2002.
Written around a very simple guitar refrain and intended for a future album "Render The Sky" (which will feature a re-recorded version) this gentle, acoustic number is a love song with a twist. Lyrically this came together very quickly once I had the first line in place and although I had no intention of telling the story that you hear here with every line that came forward the story wrote itself.

This is definately one of my proudest achievements as I think the lyric does relay the sadness the woman feels as her relationship slips out of her grasp. This was also an attempt to try to play more "real" instrumentation so rather than rely on the sequencer all the instruments were actually played including my clumsy guitar plucking.
