Time is such an abstract concept on the one hand and yet is such a definite constant on the other. It seems to integrate into every aspect of our existence allowing us to measure our passage though life dashing our hopes or focusing us on success, it makes us miss the bus but also allows us to define our universe. Sometimes we just need time to stop but inevitably it never does and we have no option but to move on no matter what loss that brings or what regret that creates.
Musically this was an attempt at something more akin to a rock song built around a guitar riff (unfortunately played on the keyboard) and this version although more polished and better presented than earlier versions does perhaps lack some of the emotion those previous demo's had.
